WHO WE ARE / QUIENES SOMOS
Condominios Taheima is a development of 133 privately owned condominiums operated by its Home Owners Association. Originally built in 2010 to be a condo resort, the concept changed to the current operation in January 2013. It is now operated and maintained by a loyal and talented staff, so owners and their guests are able to sit back and relax in this little corner of paradise.
Located within the gated community of the El Tigre Golf and Country Club in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico, Condominios Taheima is only a 15 minute drive north of the Licenciado Gustavo Diaz Ordaz Airport in Puerto Vallarta. It is a quick 10 minute walk to the Beach Club, and day trips are easy to arrange to downtown Puerto Vallarta or to some of the smaller towns, such as Bucerias and Sayulita.

Palapa Bistro
A place of community gathering, the Palapa Bistro is open November 1st to April 30th, Monday to Saturday, from approximately 10:00am to 7:00pm and offers specialty coffees, smoothies, and a variety of snack and meal items.
